Waterlooville Recreation Ground is situated in the heart of Waterlooville in the borough of Havant. The recreation ground consists of formal sports pitches, a multi use games area, bike track, footpaths and nature area.

The nature area has been developed over several years to provide interest and learning opportunities for the local community as well as providing a valuable resource for local wildlife.

Habitats within the nature area include long grass, bramble patches, wetland area, mature trees and understory shrubs.

The trees planted by will be maintained by local conservation and community groups, such as BTCV Hampshire, with support from the land owner - Havant Borough Council.

Tree Species at Waterlooville Recreation Ground

Since 2011 EFORESTS has worked with the land owners and local volunteers to plant 350 new native tree species.
