Beauchamps

Tree Planting in Hertfordshire at Beauchamps

Beauchamps is a 7 acre plot, near Wyddial in Hertfordshire. Two sides of the farm are bordered by a bridleway and a restricted byway.

IMPORTANT VISITOR INFOTake only photos. Leave only footsteps.

To keep the woodland as natural as possible we don’t label individual trees and we ask that visitors do not place their own plaques, labels, flowers, etc in the woodland. Each tree we plant should be seen as part of a natural woodland.

Before visiting this woodland, please read our Frequently Asked Questions page, which gives you helpful tips about your tree and visitor guidance.

The bridleway and byway are being planted with a mix of native broadleaf species to improve wildlife corridors.

Some of the trees are planted along the lane in tall shelters, to protect them from being eaten by deer.

Newly planted trees are dotted along the bridleways nearby.
