To make sure your live tree arrives in good condition our Tree Gifts include free next day delivery when you order before 12pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Place an order before midday Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and your order will ship the same day!
All live tree gifts are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Once we have despatched your tree gift, you’ll receive an email with a tracking reference for your parcel, so you can track the delivery on the Royal Mail website.
Tree Dedications / Certificates
Electronic (PDF) certificates are automatically emailed to you within a few minutes of you completing your order.
Paper Tree Dedication Certificates are despatched the same day when ordered before 12pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
For United Kingdom mainland addresses:
We send by Royal Mail 1st Class post. The price of postage and packing is £5.99
Delivery times are normally 1 – 2 working days.
For Worldwide addresses we send by Royal Mail International Standard air mail. The price of postage and packing is £7.99
Delivery times are normally –
EUROPE: 3 – 5 working days.
WORLDWIDE: 7 – 14 working days.
